You’ll help build structure where little exists today. Less bureaucracy. More ownership. Real impact on win rates and growth.
This team currently handles 50–60 proposals annually and is targeting significant growth. You’ll help build a more mature proposal operation while directly improving submission quality, compliance rigor, and win consistency.
This is not a heavily layered enterprise proposal team. You’ll write, coordinate, problem-solve, and jump in where needed. Strong ownership matters here.
